This year was rather unfortunate. The event is for those who are over 75 and some of our strongest players of that vintage have reached the age of discretion and only Bathurst seemed willing and able to play.
However, there is a silver lining and several very good OTGS players become qualified to play in the team next year. It is to be hoped that we will take this enjoyable day by storm in 2008.
